改変代行について / About Modification Agency

⚠️ これはAdd+Re:collectionに限った話であり、他のアバターやテクスチャ、衣装販売店の決まりではありません。代行をする際は、全てのショップの規約を熟読し、許諾を得てください。
⚠️ This is specific to Add+Re:collection and is not a rule for other avatar, texture or costume stores. Please read the terms and conditions of all stores carefully and obtain permission when making substitutions.

🔔流れとしては、改変依頼主が依頼主分を購入し、代行者分はギフトでもう1つご購入下さい。
For the flow, the alteration client should purchase the client’s portion, and another for the agent’s portion as a gift.

これは、代行依頼主がunityを使えず代行者のみがデータを使う場合であっても徹底してください。
This should be done thoroughly even if the substitute client cannot use unity and only the substitute uses the data.

既に代行者が持っている商品代のかさ増し請求をされない為にも、依頼主は極力代行者にギフトで商品を渡すようにして下さい。
The client should try as much as possible to give the goods as a gift to the agent in order to avoid being overcharged for goods already in the agent’s possession.

※依頼主のパソコンを代行者が遠隔操作・又は直接操作し、購入からアップロードまで全て依頼主のパソコン内で完結する場合は代行者へのギフトは必要ありません。
代行者のパソコンで完結する場合は、VRCデータ(依頼主)とunityデータ(代行者)で2つのデータが別々の場所に保管される為2つ購入が必要です。
If the agent remotely or directly operates the client’s computer and completes everything from purchase to uploading in the client’s computer, no gift to the agent is required.
If the process is completed on the agent’s computer, the VRC data (client) and the unity data (agent) will be stored in two separate locations, so two purchases are required.

🔔改変代行者がギフト受け取った後、別の方の改変代行時に使用するのは可能ですが、必ずその新しい代行依頼主に購入しているかどうかの確認(注文番号の確認)徹底して行ってください。
After the alteration agent receives the gift, it is possible to use it when altering another person, but please be sure to thoroughly check with that new agency client (confirm order number) to make sure they have purchased the gift.

※注文番号が虚偽では無いかの確認は、こちらも協力しますのでショップメッセージよりお問い合わせの上、確認の徹底をよろしくお願いします。

🔔改変代行者がギフトで貰った商品を自分のVRCのアバターに使用する事は可能です。
It is possible for a modification agent to use a gifted item for his/her VRC avatar.

🔔必ずBOOTHのギフト機能を使って元データのやり取りをしてください。元データをギガファイル便やdiscord等で送るのは違法複製に当たります。
Please be sure to use BOOTH’s gift function to exchange the original data. Sending the original data via Gigafile, discord, etc. is considered illegal duplication.

🔔改変後のデータは出来ればprefabやsceneのみをexportし極力元データを含めないよう努めてください。
Please export only the prefab and scene of the modified data if possible, and try to avoid including the original data as much as possible.

🔔改変したデータをBOOTHやGumroadで配布・販売する事は禁止しています。
テクスチャに限り二次創作と販売が可能です。(販売の際は元データを含めないように注意してください)
Distribution and sale of modified data on BOOTH or Gumroad is prohibited.
Only textures can be used for secondary creation and sale. (Please be careful not to include the original data when selling)
